The CEUS project
Background
The project was funded by the eleced label and sponsored by Bösendorfer. Many people contributed to the production of these recordings, which are regarded as pioneering.

The project took three years to complete, as the booklet notes give biographies of every pianist, something about each musical work and its composer, along with a description of  piano roll technology and making these recordings. The artwork has photos of most of the pianists.

Physical CDs
At this stage, physical copies of the CDs are not available, only track or CD downloads via the Naxos Classicsonline service. However, it is planned to make physical copies of each CD available through this website. Your interest in purchasing these CDs is invited (see contact us) to help us determine production quantities. Dealer enquiries welcome.

Downloading CDs or tracks
All 12 CDs and individual tracks can be downloaded from the Naxos Classicsonline service. Click on the eleced icon  to go to the label's main page, where you can navigate to each CD and listen to 10 second samples of each track. Click on the index icon for links to each CD on the Naxos service.

Obtain a complete set of MP3 recordings
A DVD with all tracks in the CEUS recording project is available from our shop.
